Lean Practitioner Certification

The Lean Practitioner Certification Series gives participants an esteemed career credential in a discipline recognized globally across all industries. At the conclusion of our program, students will know how to use a variety of Lean continuous improvement tools, lead a Lean improvement project in their organization, and understand the importance of culture in Lean success. The courses can be taken individually, as a one-day workshop or as part of a series. Upon completion of this five workshop series, participants will receive the Lean Practitioner Certificate.

Lean Leadership Certification

The Lean Leadership Certification takes the Lean Practitioner Certificate to the next level by giving students the skills to lead projects, programs, and make real change within their organizations. By developing the expertise to promote behavioral change and foster an environment of waste reduction and continuous improvement, participants will become certified as Lean Leaders. The required courses are listed below in the recommended sequence, although students may take them in any order.
