What are we doing?

NWCPE has many blogs on the site that were published in the past and are getting a little stale. We are going to take down all the old blogs, update the relevant ones and get rid of irrelevant ones. We will then repost the new updated blogs over the following weeks. Continuous improvement works everywhere!

Many of the older blogs are about classic Lean Six Sigma tools and concepts and are still relevant. We will leave them with few changes and republish them. If you follow us at all you might recognize some of the content.

Some articles may be made more relevant by adding content concerning new techniques and tools that are either enhancing or replacing the”classic” Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Think AI or some of the  more recent analytical techniques that have been developed.
